Job Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to lead and grow our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and driving sales of our Services. This role is ideal for someone looking to set the direction for a growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and prospect new clients, building a robust pipeline of leads in Nonprofits that could benefit from Salesforce implementations, customizations, or ongoing support.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals and grow market share.
Consultative Selling: Provide consultative guidance to prospects, effectively communicating the value of our Services, including discovery sessions, proposals, and ROI analysis.
Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Delivery team.
Market Insights: Stay informed about Salesforce trends and competitive landscape, using insights to position our services effectively.
Reporting: Track and report on key sales metrics, including pipeline and revenue.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the Salesforce ecosystem or tech consulting services.
3+ years of sales experience in a consulting or technology environment.
Experience with Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Nonprofit Cloud, is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
