Service Delivery Models
Assessments - A quick 2 day review followed by the delivery of a report. The report will identify highlights and also areas to focus on for improvement. The improvement areas could be self-remediated or in partnership with us through one of the models below.
Engagements - If you decide you'd like to leverage our expertise, we can craft a Statement of Work specific to your needs as a follow-on engagement. The delivery can include a project manager.
Staff Augmentation - If you decide you'd like us to join your team as a player coach and take direction from your leadership, we can offer various staff augmentation options. Staff Augmentation engagements are typically structured between 10~40hrs a week and a duration of a month or two.
Sessions Based - Single meeting with an expert to work with your team to unblock a specific topic. These can either be purchased as one-offs or in bundles of 5.
Fractional Leadership - Provides an experienced services management professional to fill temporary or part-time leadership roles within an organization (e.g. CMO, Global leader of Support, Professional Services, Customer Success). This offering is not necessarily combined with Salesforce technology.
