Our Story

Paul’s career has in one way or another been linked with Salesforce. He was first introduced to Salesforce as a customer who leveraged the technology to build a services organization. Paul was recruited to work at Salesforce to build a global Tier 3 Support team and run Developer Support. Always wanting to learn, he moved to the Infrastructure Organization where he was Chief of Staff for the Global Site Reliability Team. In his final role at Salesforce as VP of Production Engineering Tools, he developed mission critical applications such as the Trust Website and Incident Management Console on Salesforce technology.

After working at Salesforce, he again ran a global professional services team using Salesforce and FinancialForce.

In parallel Paul has over a decade of experience providing pro bono support to various non profit organizations to help them succeed with implementing Salesforce.

Paul has an Administrator's and Developer's certification. 

When not working within the Salesforce eco-system, you can find Paul enjoying time with his family, on the water sailing / kayaking or being trained by his puppy Nata.
