Paul’s career has in one way or another been linked with Salesforce. He was first introduced to Salesforce as a customer who leveraged the technology to build a services organization. Paul was recruited to work at Salesforce to build a global Tier 3 Support team and run Developer Support. Always wanting to learn, he moved to the Infrastructure Organization where he was Chief of Staff for the Global Site Reliability Team. In his final role at Salesforce as VP of Production Engineering Tools, he developed mission critical applications such as the Trust Website and Incident Management Console on Salesforce technology.
After working at Salesforce, he again ran a global professional services team using Salesforce and FinancialForce.
In parallel Paul has over a decade of experience providing pro bono support to various nonprofit organizations to help them succeed with their Salesforce org.
Paul has Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications.
When not working within the Salesforce eco-system, you can find Paul enjoying time with his family, on the water sailing/kayaking or being trained by his puppy Nata.

Charlie’s career has been centered on supporting and advocating for Maine’s immigrant and refugee communities. He began his professional journey as an employment case manager before shifting his focus to outreach and education, delivering essential cultural competency training for schools, businesses, and nonprofits.
Continuing this work independently, he became a key advocate during Portland’s unprecedented increase in asylum seekers, focusing on the provision of emergency shelter and culturally appropriate resources. His commitment to these communities led him to the University of London, where he earned a master’s in migration, mobility, and development studies, specializing in international interventions in the Eastern DR Congo.
Since returning to Maine, Charlie has remained deeply involved in the sector through consulting and his service on the Scholarships for Maine Immigrants board. He currently serves as an intake paralegal with the Volunteer Lawyers Project.
Charlie holds a BA from Colby College and an MA from the University of London.
When not dedicated to his advocacy and legal work, Charlie can be found obsessing over the fortunes of Arsenal FC or enjoying the Maine outdoors through fly fishing, hiking, and disc golf.
Sometimes missing the ferry home isn't all hardship. Remember to take the time to enjoy life!
